Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnowFort (the “Service”), operated by SnowForge LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SnowFort is a Fortnite item shop tracking tool that allows users to browse the daily item shop, search cosmetics, view shop history, set up watchlist alerts, and subscribe to premium features. SnowFort is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Epic Games, Inc.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free and Premium Tiers

Free Tier

The free tier includes access to the item shop, cosmetics catalog, shop history, watchlist (up to 50 items), and email/Discord notifications. Free tier users will see advertisements served by Google AdSense.

Premium Tier

SnowFort Premium is a paid subscription at $4/month that includes unlimited watchlist items, Discord DM alerts, ad-free browsing, priority notification delivery, and priority support. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Scrape, crawl, or automatically access the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission

6. Intellectual Property

Fortnite, all Fortnite cosmetics, images, and related trademarks are the property of Epic Games, Inc. SnowFort displays this content under fair use for informational and commentary purposes. All SnowFort original code, design, and branding are the property of SnowForge LLC.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Google AdSense (advertising), Amazon Web Services (email via SES), and the Fortnite API (game data). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the item shop data will be perfectly accurate or complete. Fortnite shop data is sourced from third-party APIs and may contain inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnowForge LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed item shop notifications, inaccurate pricing data, or service interruptions.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
